RETURN FOR ANY REASON
You may file a return within the first 30 days of delivery for any reason. A UPS Return label will be provided, however, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. * Please note, you must advise REALROOMS when the item has been dropped off or picked up. Additionally, the return item MUST be in the original box. Then, the full refund will be applied.
All products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost. REALROOMS.com must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following options will be offered:
  • Full or partial refund (depending on damages)
  • Replacement parts sent if available
  • Replace the item in full

DONATION OPTION FOR FULL REFUND
If you request a return for a fully functional item within 30 days of purchase, we encourage you to donate it to a reputable organization of your choice. If you choose this option, please provide us with a picture of the donation receipt. Upon receiving the donation receipt, the full refund will be applied.

Mattresses
Unfortunately, we cannot accept mattress returns as they have been removed from the compressed packaging. If a return is desired for a mattress product, then the item will need to either be donated or destroyed by making a 20"x20" cutout on the foam. In the event of a mattress return, please contact customer service before making any changes to the product.
