RETURN FOR ANY REASON
You may file a return within the first 30 days of delivery for any reason. A UPS Return label will be provided, however, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. * Please note, you must advise REALROOMS when the item has been dropped off or picked up. Additionally, the return item MUST be in the original box. Then, the full refund will be applied.
If a product arrives damaged, REALROMS.com must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
The following options will be offered:- Full or partial refund (depending on damages)
- Replacement parts sent, if available
- Replace the item in full, if available

Unfortunately, we cannot accept mattress returns. If a return is desired for a mattress product, and was delivered within the 30-day window, please contact customer service. Please don’t make any changes to the product before speaking to a customer service agent. The item will need to either be donated or destroyed by making a 20"x20" cutout on the foam and blacking out the manufacturer’s tag.
Warranty:
The terms and conditions of the limited warranty are subject to change without notice.
Our manufacturer’s, Ameriwood Home, DHP, and Cosco, warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers one year [unless otherwise stated] from the date of original purchase, if purchased from authorized retailers. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and no assembly labor is included.
The warranty is voided on items purchased as floor models or items assembled or used for demonstration or display purposes. The warranty does not cover wearing, tearing, fading, or splitting of the fabric (where applicable). Our manufacturer’s reserve the right to request proof that the item was new and in original unopened packaging at the original time of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way. Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional warranty rights may be provided by law in some areas.
Our manufacturer’s reserve the right to discontinue or change fabrics, parts, models, products, or to make substitutions, where necessary.
To obtain warranty service, purchaser must present original bill of sale. Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the original warranty period only. The defective components will be repaired or replaced without charge, subject to the terms and conditions described above.
